Our goal is to produce great wines that represent the specific geographical region from which the fruit is grown. We are a limited production, micro winery rarely exceeding 1,500 cases annually. We are environmentally aware and whenever possible we employ eco-friendly and sustainable methods in the vineyard and winery. We combine time-tested traditional wine making methodologies with the modern science of enology and viticulture thus taking a "neo classical" approach to produce create great wines for our customers.
We promote the principal that wine in moderation with food reduces stress and encourages communication. It can enhance cultural exchanges among all people, from all walks of life, and from all parts of the world. Wine in moderation is good medicine for the body and soul.

2018 Estate Grown
Classic big, style Cabernet Sauvignon with up front layers of black currant, licorice and dark chocolate. This wine boasts a broad mid palate flavor of spice, minerality and hints of slate. This is held together by firm acidity and velvity tannins. Will age to 15 years. RF
Santa Clara Valley AVA
Dark garnet color with aromas of black cherry, licorice, jammy red berries. On the palate tart cherry, black berry, with a think of nutmeg. Aged 18 months in French oak this win has firm aciditiy, medium body, an light tannins make this Saratoga, California Zinfandel a delightful wine to enjoy now. RF.
